The ability of the ergonomic chairs to withstand extrusion needs to be tested by special tests.
The back push test is to apply a certain force to the back of the chair through the back push test machine, and the chair is tilted backward to produce a squeeze. Its purpose is mainly to detect the ability of each part of the chair to withstand extrusion.
The push back test can be divided into two types: functional test and destructive test according to the size of the applied force.
The test force of the functional test is 91kg, and the duration is 1 minute. If the parts of the chair are deformed, damaged or broken after the test, the test will not pass.
The force of the destructive test is 136kg and the duration is 1 minute. If the parts of the chair are severely deformed, damaged or broken after the test, the test will not pass.
